Living For Liberation, LLC accepts cash, checks, and most kinds of credit or debit payments. HSA/HRAs are also accepted payment methods under most circumstances. Payments can be made in-person or online via the convenient and secure Client Portal.

​For clients without insurance or expecting to not utilize insurance, you have a right to a "Good Faith Estimate" which provides an estimate of expected charges prior to beginning care.

Telehealth: Online therapy is a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform to obtain therapy sessions from the convenience of your own home. Online therapy is achieved through the internet via a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device (iOS or Android).

Do you prescribe medications?

No, we do not. However, in cases where medication is necessary for treatment, we do provide referrals for preferred providers and psychiatrists.

How long are the sessions?

Typically, between 45 to 60 minutes.

What insurance do you accept?

The current accepted insurances are listed under Rates & Insurance. We are working on getting into network with most major insurance companies. If you do not see your insurance listed, please fill out our Inquiries/Referrals Form and your therapist may be willing to work towards paneling with your insurance.

How long will therapy take?

The total duration of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients find a few sessions to be enough to resolve immediate challenges. Other clients feel more supported by longer-term therapy. You can work together with your therapist to find the length of time that works for you.
